Treatment Consent

Before receiving any service at B&B Laser & Med Spa, you will be asked to review and sign an Informed Consent form specific to your treatment. This page summarizes the general principles of informed consent at our spa.

What You Will Receive

• Expected benefits and reasonable alternatives.
• Common and material risks, side effects, and contraindications.
• Aftercare instructions and what to do if you experience an unexpected reaction.
• The opportunity to ask questions and to refuse or stop treatment at any time.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide an accurate medical history, including allergies and medications.
• Disclose pregnancy, breastfeeding, recent sun exposure, recent procedures, or any condition that could affect treatment.
• Follow pre- and post-treatment instructions.
• Contact us promptly if you experience an unexpected reaction.

Photography

We may request, with separate written consent, before/after photographs for clinical records. Photographs are not used for marketing without your additional, explicit, written permission.
