To ensure availability for all of our clients, B&B Laser & Med Spa maintains the following appointment, cancellation, and no-show policy.
Appointment Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation when your appointment is booked. We also send reminders before your visit. Please review them and let us know promptly if any changes are needed.
Cancellation Window
- Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: no fee.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment: a cancellation fee may apply.
- No-shows may be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service so we don't impact the next client. The full service price may still apply.

Refunds
Services are non-refundable once delivered. Pre-paid packages may be refunded for the value of unused sessions, subject to a small administrative fee.
